A hearty welcome to the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering and Technology, MRSPTU, Bathinda. The department is 3 decades old, was established in the year 1989 and since its inception the department has evolved from offering only undergraduate courses to offer post graduate and doctoral programmes in the key areas of electronics and communication engineering and emerging allied areas.
The department has well equipped laboratories with a state of art facilities for experimental and research work. Along with Academic, the students are encouraged to engage extra-curricular and co-curricular activities under the banner of “SECOM” (Society of Electronics & Communication Engineers) and “ELECTRONICA”- A departmental Tech-Fest held annually, which are essential for personality development, team spirit and organizational skills.
